City Bean, Inc. (“City Bean”) owns and operates the Internet site located at http://www.citybean.com (the “Site”), located on servers in the United States. By accessing, browsing, and/or using the pages in this Site, you agree to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and you attest that you are at least 18 years of age.  This agreement contains disclaimer and other provisions that limit our liability to you. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access, browse, or use this Site.

Return Policy

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Perishable items, coffee, tea, etc.

• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item, incorrect item, or are missing items from your order, please contact orders@citybean.com within 5 business days of package delivery and include your name, order number, and detailed description of the issue.

If approved, we will either refund or reship the relevant items within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to request that the damaged items be shipped back to City Bean (at our expense) for our inspection, prior to approval or rejection.

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@citybean.com.

-Process and manage your purchase of City Bean products and services.
