Our equipment support includes periodic calibrations and cleaning to keep your equipment in top condition. And should there be a malfunction, we have a 24/7 communication system to address your needs promptly. TRAINING – Coffee is different from other quality oriented beverages. The farmers can grow great coffee, City Bean can roast it to perfection, yet we are completely dependent on whomever is brewing the coffee to complete the process. That is why we have developed an extensive training program for your staff. We teach them basic coffee knowledge, basic brewing skills, basic barista skills, and basic equipment skills to complete the farmer-roaster-brewer cycle. Intermediate and advanced training is also available. Our trainer has worked with a former World Barista Championship winner and a runner-up. City Bean has a dedicated training and tasting room to groom your skills in the proper enviroment. And the training is a win-win: a confident staff equates to higher sales, and City Bean’s reputation is protected.
