SINGLE CUP BREWING – The wave of today is brewing coffee to order. City Bean has even developed a proprietary “Steep and Release” system for our clients to extract the best coffee possible. We will work with you to hone your brewing skills with our system, siphon, pour-over, Chemex, and more. You will dazzle your customers with new brewing techniques.
EQUIPMENT – Brewing espresso is all about extraction. If you get great extraction from quality beans, your brewed product will impress your customers. City Bean teams up with La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Mazzer, and Mahlkonig to help you pull the elusive perfect shot.
SERVICE – City Bean’s coffee quality would mean very little if not backed up by a prompt and efficient service system. Our equipment support includes periodic calibrations and cleaning to keep your equipment in top condition. And should there be a malfunction, we have a 24/7 communication system to address your needs promptly. City Bean’s team of trained service professionals conducts their work with as little impact to your business as possible.
TRAINING – Coffee is different from other quality oriented beverages. The farmers can grow great coffee, City Bean can roast it to perfection, yet we are completely dependent on whomever is brewing the coffee to complete the process. That is why we have developed an extensive training program for your staff. We teach them basic coffee knowledge, basic brewing skills, basic barista skills, and basic equipment skills to complete the farmer-roaster-brewer cycle. Intermediate and advanced training is also available. Our trainer has worked with a former World Barista Championship winner and a runner-up. City Bean has a dedicated training and tasting room to groom your skills in the proper environment. And the training is a win-win: a confident staff equates to higher sales, and City Bean’s reputation is protected.
TEA PROGRAM - City Bean’s sister company, Solana Tea, will take care of all your loose-leaf and iced tea needs with the same care for quality and service as with coffee.
