SERVICE - City Bean’s coffee quality would mean very little if not backed up by a prompt and efficient service system. Our equipment support includes periodic calibrations and cleaning to keep your equipment in top condition. And should there be a malfunction, we have a 24/7 communication system to address your needs promptly. City Bean’s team of trained service professionals conducts its work with as little impact to your business as possible.
TRAINING - Coffee is different from other quality oriented beverages. The farmers can grow great coffee, City Bean can roast it to perfection, yet we are completely dependent on whomever is brewing the coffee to complete the process. That is why we have developed an extensive training program for your staff. We teach them basic coffee knowledge, basic brewing skills, basic barista skills, and basic equipment skills to complete the farmer-roaster-brewer cycle. And the training is a win-win: a confident staff leads to higher sales, and City Bean’s reputation is protected.
TEA PROGRAM - City Bean’s sister company, Solana Tea, will take care of all your loose-leaf and iced tea needs with the same care for quality and service as with coffee.
