First developed in 1911, Finca Custapec was the first coffee plantation to be established in the region, in the heart of Sierra Madre de Chiapas. All of the farm's beans are grown under the canopy of shade trees, allowing dozens of bird species to exist in their natural habitat. These beans produce a complex cup with a light fragrance and some bright notes. This coffee sits well in the mouth and has a great finish that will linger long after you take your last sip.
