SHIPPING POLICY: Orders placed online or over the phone are shipped one of two ways: If your shipping address is East of the Rockies, we ship via USPS Priority Mail; if your shipping address is West of the Rockies, we ship via UPS Ground. Shipping rates are based on weight, and packages, if sent via UPS Ground, typically cost $8.00 for three pounds and under and $11.00 for anything over three pounds. USPS Priority Mail costs $10.25 for up to 6 pounds. If you would like to arrange for alternative shipping methods, please contact us.
Orders placed by Monday at 4 pm are shipped on Tuesday evenings. Orders placed by Wednesday by 4:00 pm are shipped on Thursday evenings.

Information from children: Citybean.com is a general audience site that is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
